CLINICAL APPLICATION |
The sample is used for laboratory auxiliary examination of pediatric precocious puberty diseases, and differential diagnosis and exclusion of other diseases, such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia. |
Precocious puberty refers to the development of secondary sex characters before the age of 8 in girls/9 in boys

Luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). |

Estradiol, testosterone, prolactin, progesterone, OGTT, chemistry panel, cortisol, ACTH, thyroid function, bone age, pelvic ultrasound, pituitary enhanced MRI+. |
